@Scott Stallings  welcome to BP. I am fairly new to this site as well & navigating my way, but not new to real estate investing.  I organize a meetup group in Berks County. We are not far from you and I have several others that travel up from Lancaster to meetings. You can find us on meetup.com. We are very much about educating and helping those that are new and also networking and sharing resources and deals.  We are not a sales pitch group- we don't sell boot camps, or books, or a variety of other things that other groups pitch. So if you are looking for a place to network and grow.. join us sometime! Would love to meet you!

Congrats! I did the same thing 4 years ago. Best & scariest day of my life.  You will be surprised how hard you will work under the pressure of knowing there is no paycheck or "safety net" to fall back on. I had the option of staying at my job a few hours a week... But for me it was all or nothing... I didn't want that safety net. I needed the fear of failure to drive me. 4 years later and I've never looked back. Never regretted one day of working real estate full time.  Your going to do great! Congrats!
