I got my education online and it wasn't that bad at all. You can read and study when you have time. Nothing wrong with online education in my opinion. Take the dive. :)

THanks guys for all the responses. Right now I am looking at different live and online courses and looking into different brokers who could help and train me too.

Another question. What is the process like after you get licensed and find a broker to work for.

Im really trying to just learn all I can so I can hit the ground running.

As far investing goes that is my ultimate goal in RE. Becoming a realtor is just the beginning so I can learn more, work with other investors, and build up some cash reserves to invest with.

Thoughts and advice? Thanks again!

Wow a lot of replies. As for me I read RDPD and that is what "sparked" me into learning more about investing and RE. I read that book 3 years ago and i've just been reading and learning more, a lot of stuff on this site.

Hey Ali,

Ive been doing the same thing just reading, learning, and trying to find all the best RE books i can find. Im currently reading Trump stratagies but my next is going to be investing in real estate. i flipped though it at the bookstore and looked very good. Also read many reviews on Amazon and is highly recommended. Maybe you can check that out. And ive heard lots of good things on William Nickersons book. Hope that helps
