As soon as I took over my properties I informed my tenants that things would change and had them sign new leases with me as well as my policies stating that they understand everything.

My Why is to be able to spend more time with my son.   He is my primary reason for doing anything.

Have the banks provide financing for the properties that they currently hold at 4.75-7% interest, get all the inventory off their books and more income comming in. Then cut the bonuses and incentives that the top executives are receiving while their companies go to ruin. Just a thought.

What is sub-2 and how would lease options bennifit me?

Real new Dan, I have never owned a piece pf property before. I just know that real estate is the best way for me to earn my freedom and be able to spend more time with my son.

Thanks Jason, that is what I am now doing, but I am still looking at north west Florida properties just in case something comes up that will work with my needs.

I know of a few properties in my local area which are owned and for sale by the bank and am wondering if it would be easier to see if they will finance the property or if I will need to go to another financial institution. You would think with all the issues in the market right now they would love to sale a home and get interest and payment for the property rather than hold on to it.
