Thanks. As I continue to grow I know I'll need additional protection that an LLC can provide. Also, based on my research on and off of Bigger Pockets, an LLC is the next step.

I recently refinanced my rental property for capital for my next deal. I would like to place my rental under an LLC but I'm receiving a little push back from my bank. I want to find a way around this, so I would like to know if it's possible to keep the mortgage under my name but place the actual rental property under the LLC? If so, how would I do this? If not, what steps should I take in the future to place my next rental under and LLC? Thanks. Anzy Alcide

I'm currently working on my second rental and the bank that I am working with isn't will to give me a loan with 20% down.  Any recommendations for lenders in Maryland that offer 20% downpayment loans?  Thanks.

I purchased my first single unit rental property 2 years ago and I've enjoyed the return.  I spent the past 3 months researching for my next local buy in Baltimore MD, but the returns aren't that promising.  After 3 weeks on BiggerPocket I am now open to the idea of investing in a small apartment complex down south where I can get more bang for my bucks.  My business partner and I are currently working on building a team of four to spread the cost and work that will come.

I could use some advice on investing out of state?

Any recommendation?
