I haven't yet.  I've heard they are going to open an office in Chesterfield. They will be managing 6 of my properties. I hope they are good. Are you looking to make a move or stay with them. I was looking to buy more properties because WC made it so easy and was so good and managing. I hope i can continue investing. @Megan Greathouse

The only reason i was thinking about a condo is to be on the beach. I want to use the property as well as rent it out for income. I'm not sure the ins/outs with a condo but am trying to learn a bit more to hopefully buy a property. Any advice? @Daniel Fischer

Good to know Renters Warehouse will be moving into Chesterfield. That is currently where i live. Nice that you have property in STL. Are you originally from here or just find it to be a good market. I currently have 6 sfh here, but mainly in the west suburbs. I am hoping the Renters Warehouse will be good since i really had a good experience with Worth Clark.  Where is your Triplex. I haven't gotten into Multifamily yet but would like to one day. @Patricia McPherron

I've been thinking about buying a condo beach property in Clearwater Florida.  I would like to use it for some time and then rent it out when i'm not there.  I was looking for a property management company or possibly through Airbnb.  Does anyone have any experience with this?
