Go to local unofficial BP and REIA meetups. I found my partner that way. Plus, you see the same people month after month and it took me about a year (which was only about 4 separate meetups) before we partnered up.

@Alex Franksis the man! He's been hands-down the most helpful person for me on BP.  I just got off the phone with him.  Plus, he's in your neck of the woods.

Hello Dante,

Thanks for reaching out. I know you're doing higher end but is there anything that cashflows  positive in the mid-200s in a B neighborhood?

I've done airbnb for two years successfully.

Hello,

I'm looking to build my team of wholesalers with their own property, lenders, contractors, handymen, property managers, electricians, etc in Jacksonville, Florida.

I'm also considering getting a couple of vacation rentals in North Miami/ Ft. Lauderdale area.

Sidenote: is anyone interested in swapping vacation rental/  airbnb/vrbo in Miami Lakes area in mid-April for having their rental property filmed & produced professionally?

You can check out my work at AnuGunnFilms.com (it's mostly commercials & music video but you can get an idea of execution).

Looking forward to meeting some awesome people!

Has anyone worked with RWA (http://rwaproperties.com)? I flew out there and drove around with them and they seem to be totally solid.  Just want to get a second opinion before I get a turnkey from them.

Thank you @Michael R. I've spent years getting my DTI ratio to zero and everything else in the credit game (I'm on myfico.com learning from the 800 plusers. But it feels like losing weight when you can't get rid of the last 10 pounds.

Yes, the debt trading game is really affecting my wife.  She had some issues with one company in the past and because it was sold over and over it shows up as 8 different negative accounts.  We're trying to get to the bottom of this.  I'll post any helpful things I discover on this thread.

Sorry for the super delay in the reply.  I took a RE hiatus to work on my music.  I'm pretty much back in the game now and about to pull the trigger.  However, I would like to get my credit about 10 points higher and wondering if anyone did anything special to get from 710 to over 720.  I think getting another loan type of loan (mortgage or car) might do the trick.

Thanks for the transcripts @Chris Martin and the pings @Patrick Shaughnessy & @Karen Margrave.
