@Nancy Allen awesome yes I will reach out if I need any help,  The project completion time is September 4 so I figure doing it on the 25th will also let other real estate professionals see the finishing touches/process spread the word I want to pack the house 😀

@Dan Mackin lol sure, I'm thinking about having the Meet up toward August 25 on that Tuesday...the project is set for completion in sept 4th so it would be all pretty before we had the meet up, we  look discuss the psychology of the deal as well as the numbers etc. this will be fun  this is a project that I've already started contractors are working as we speak, I'm going to do it for sure so mark your calendars, August 25th at 6:30 or 7 pm

There's this guy who I've followed for some time he a successful investor in Charlotte, some of you may know him, Nasar Elarabi. He told me he had a meetup at his Rehab Project in Charlotte, I want to host a BP meet up at my rehab that I just started in Colorado! what better way to network then being at an actual hands on real estate project, Nasar Elarabi is a  Genius!!!! I've also watched his success and I can totally relate!

I'm actually learning more about probate right now I'm interested to learn myself and I know you can go to the county courthouse and talk to the County Clerks, I also know that there's ways to pull these leads from different software's or public records I also know it's a really targeted source...definitely emotional time for the person who inherited the property

Interested in what other investors have to say

all these things are fine and dandy great forms of marketing. seminars, SEO,direct mail, ppc etc. but how many deals do you plan on doing per month

Seminars are an awesome form of marketing for your local market A great way to find out who the players are in your local market...

definitely wouldn't recommend flying all over the country for seminars though
