If anyone can explain to me the step by step process how assigning a contract works I would greatly appreciate it. What fees do I pay as the wholesaler? Does anyone have a mock up draft  of an "assign to" contract that I can see to better understand what I need to do. Thanks for the help.

Nick first off I want to say thank you for spending the time to reply to my post. It seems you have good experience in the business and have built a system that works. That being said, I feel that attending a Black Diamond Group meeting would be extremely beneficial for me. I agree with you that networking and marketing are very important aspects to be successful in Real Estate. I would like to keep in contact and hopefully meet up at one of these meetings in the near future. I'm new to the business and so I'd like to know how people got started and what they recommend to a beginner. I'm more of a hands on learner and so I feel as if I would learn more if I went to a workshop rather than listening to Webinars/Podcasts. If anybody in MA knows of any great places to get started I greatly appreciate it.
