Thanks!  That is what I was leaning towards.  I do enjoy more of the live in person setting better.

Has anybody attended both Mobile Home University and the Mobile Home Academy?  I am looking to try and get into this niche and trying to best prepare myself for it.  I’ve heard MHU is pretty good and seems fairly priced, but haven’t heard a ton on mha.  I know this space has gotten pretty hot so I want to educate myself the best I can before I make any big mistakes.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Right now I have one property that I have owned for almost 9 years in San Tan Valley AZ.  It has never really  cash flowed and am now considering selling it.  It has maybe about 70k of equity in it that I would like to use to invest in another property in the east valley area of Phoenix.  My ideal situation would be to brrrr a property and maybe do Airbnb but not sure that would be possible since I live about 2.5 hours east of they valley.  Would love to hear any suggestions or if you think those strategies are possible.  Thanks!
