I will tell you this. Sometimes the city runs out of money and doesn't tell you until a week before closing. So if you can get the money, great but don't depend on it.

Welcome to BP! You will find so many great resources here and will have no trouble finding a team of individuals who can help you achieve your goals.

Jorge,

Welcome to BP. The first thing you should do is speak to a lender who has experience with these type of transactions. They will be able to guide you through the loan process. Next you should begin looking at properties in Broward to get a feel of the market. I can tell you that the cities of Dania Beach, Hollywood, Wilton Manor, and Fort Lauderdale have many multifamily properties. You will need to find out which city fits your lifestyle.

I would be more than happy to put you in contact with my lender, just send me a direct message.

Great to hear!

@Lakila Richardson ,

Dania Beach has many multifamily properties that offer great cap rates. I am helping a client find an investment property there right now!

I just started one in Delray Beach every Tuesday at 12pm and one in Deerfield Beach at 6pm every Tuesday as well. I am an investor who invests in apartments. So if you find any off market deals 8-20 units contact me.

 If you like I could send you some properties periodically as I run across them. What exactly are you looking for? Location? Price?
