Hi All...my name is Lakila Richardson. I live in South Florida and inherited a single family home in Fayetteville, NC (where I'm originally from). I'm renting out the house and now want to make serious moves in building a real estate portfolio, focusing on multi-family/apt units in both So Flo & NC.
