Hello,

I am interested in the home flipping/ rehabbing process and would like to learn more, however, there's only so much I can learn through reading. I was wondering if there was anyone in and around the Sacramento, CA area, that would be willing to mentor me through the process? Or perhaps, let me shadow them while they're flipping a home?

Question for everyone out there.

I am trying to buy my first home and had a question on the mortgage loan application. Is it better to put down that you pay a certain amount for rent or will it be better to put down nothing to better your debt to income ratio.

Thanks in advance.

Hey everyone, Not sure where I should be posting this as this is my first post, but I'm in need of some advice. My wife and I are currently looking to buy in the Sacramento, Ca area. We've been looking around for a few months now and the housing market just seems to be getting hotter and hotter. With it going up, we feel like we should try and buy now rather than pay for rent. We are currently paying $1500 for rent and our lease ends in August and would be looking for something between 200-250k range and will most likely be under FHA. So I guess my question is would you guys suggest us to wait it out and keep renting, or try buying. Will give out more info if needed. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you everyone in advance.
