 That's some great advice.  I will put it to use.  Thanks.  By the way, how is the wholesaling business going for you?

Thats what it is beginning to look like.  I have been thinking about subscribing to one of those tracking companies like PropertyShark, Inquiso but they each have a cap of how many searches/reports you can pull per month.

Hey BP and Happy New Year,

I know that going to the Tax Assessors office is great when trying to gain experience but I am curious...Is there a better way to get ownership information on a property?  If so, then please sahre a few of them with me.

FYI, I am in L.A. County

@Bryce Ewing

Welcome to BP. You are in a great position because of the fact that you have little or no overhead, young and some capital. I would ask the real estate investor that I intern for if he could partner up with me and if not, then ask him for a referral to someone who will. Meanwhile, I would continue to save and start attending local REI Clubs. I can only imagine where you are going to be if continue down this road...wish you well.
