I heard multiple people on the lease are able to chain declare bankruptcy to drag out an eviction process. Unsure of the laws around this, but food for thought.

Hello all!  I've been listening to the Bigger Pockets podcasts for several months now, and decided to join the forums.  I'm still learning, but very interested in out of state investing.  I'm currently reading David Greene's Long Distance Real Estate Investing book, and just absorbing as much info as possible.

I moved to Southern California from New York about 3 years ago, and am loving it in here.  Would love to meet and connect with people from this great community!
