Thank you!

We'll cover both small and large scale projects. The primary focus however, is to get a property "photo ready" and marketable. So, cosmetic items as well as items needed for inspection requirements.

Moving towards a fully remote and semi-automated solution with a dedicated service agent for each project.

Hey everyone!

I've built a property maintenance / renovation company and I'd like to begin building relationships with local Investors and Agents. I don't however, want to be looked at as another spammer. So obviously I'm trying to tread lightly..

From a marketing standpoint, we've done reasonably well finding work with homeowners, but does anyone have advice on getting involved in the investment community?

We're currently based in Raleigh NC. I plan to check out TREIA, and some of the meetups nearby.

Are there any well known resources that I may not be aware?

Thanks in advance!

Hey everyone my name is Anthony. I've worked in construction for a lot of years and decided to start moving towards real estate investing. This community seems absolutely amazing and I'm eager to get involved!

I'll need to get my profile set up a little better, but for now, I just wanted to introduce myself and put up a flag to anyone in or around Raleigh North Carolina.

If you have a second, stop by my page. Always looking for like minds
