@Matt Banahan since you are looking at good cash flow and property, have you considered investing in short holiday rentals in Dubai? You should research on that. Best for new investors in my opinion

I had earlier stated that this was a wrong use of grammar, and I have updated this post after a correction was brought to my attention by @Steve K. and not targeted at any form of crime.

It was an honest and enthusiastic feeling that birthed the use of the word “guaranteed” based on the speculations we have currently and data of expected visitors expected in Dubai for the expo 2020

The speculation I am talking about is in investing in multi family properties in choice areas  and putting out on short holiday rentals.

Most importantly with the expo 2020 coming in later this year.

I hope this clarifies everything. No one is trying to scam anyone on here

Thank you

@Todd Powell

Could you explain this a bit more ?

You mean you don’t have capital to invest or you cannot afford the prospective risk involved

If I had that amount in hard cash, I mean personal capital, you can invest in luxury short rental holiday properties in Dubai, you could make a bit over that monthly. Tourist are always visiting Dubai and need a nice place to stay. You can make good returns this way

@Steve K.

With all due respect I find this offensive. You cannot slander my reputation  here because of how you feel regarding my choice of words. English is not my first language and I have to learn to speak, so I can make some mistakes with the choice of words.

Please revert this

@Gabriel Daneliuc I am a realtor and property manager here In Dubai and I major on multi family properties for short holiday rentals.

If you have plans to invest in this area let’s connect

@Josh C.

I have numerical validation for this. This ROI is not guaranteed on buy and hold properties but on Luxury short holiday rentals.

I can’t discuss numbers here, let’s connect and I will explain better

@Rebecca Bautista

The real estate sector in the United States is crowded with too many investors already, this makes it very competitive and leads to higher prices.

You should consider investing in real estate in Dubai

@Dorothy Monette

You have nothing to be worried about investing in Dubai. There are free-hold properties where foreign investors own the property for a lifetime. And The UAE is a tax-free community.
