Post: Finding Airbnb properties

Hi, I am trying to figure out the best way to find established Airbnb properties that are for sale.  I'm using Mashvisor but was wondering if anyone has a better idea where to find them?  Thanks!

Thanks Danny.  I will reach out to them.

Its in the Greenhurst neighborhood.  I've read several negative articles but I'd love to hear input from someone who is knowledgeable about the area.

I'm looking to purchase an investment property in a suburb of Charleston, SC.  I am located in New York so I am not that familiar with the area, although I have visited Charleston and its surrounding suburbs on several occasions.  I have a specific property in Summerville that I am interested in, but I am unsure if there are any specific neighborhoods within Summerville that I should stay away from.  I prefer to be in at least a C+/B neighborhood. I'd love to hear from any Charleston experts if possible.  I am also looking for a property manager in the area if anyone has a recommendation.  Thanks in advance!

@Pearce G. That would be great. Thanks!
@Corby Goade Hey Corby, thanks for the response. I am not stuck on the 1% rule and am willing to look at other properties that make sense for other reasons including appreciation. I was really just trying to ask for reasonable properties in decent areas.....
I am new to REI and am looking to spend $150k or below on a rental property that satisfies the 1% rule. I am flexible on location and would love to stay in a c or better neighborhood. I’ve been looking in the surrounding areas of Charleston SC but having trouble finding a property that meets the 1% criteria. I am flexible on location so any advice would help. Thanks!
