Summerville, SC neighborhoods
I'm looking to purchase an investment property in a suburb of Charleston, SC. I am located in New York so I am not that familiar with the area, although I have visited Charleston and its surrounding suburbs on several occasions. I have a specific property in Summerville that I am interested in, but I am unsure if there are any specific neighborhoods within Summerville that I should stay away from. I prefer to be in at least a C+/B neighborhood. I'd love to hear from any Charleston experts if possible. I am also looking for a property manager in the area if anyone has a recommendation.
