@Steve Schulman all the homes I've looked into I have been submitting offer with 203k FHA loan mainly in Essex county. I agree with your contingency statement however FHA has strict guidelines.

I have been trying to get into real estate for a year and have had trouble getting deals due to losing bids to cash buyers , me being a FHA buyer. Any tips by anyone on how to win deals or find deals.

I have been trying to get into real estate investing for a better part of a year in the north jersey market specifically essex county. Been really rough since i am a first time home buyer i was wondering if any could share any tips or strategy on how to win a deal.
