So I am looking at properties and I understand how to run the numbers as far as mortgage , taxes , but how do you truly know expenses such as water and sewer, heat , home owners insurance ?

Scheduling an inspection on a 3 family property. About 3000 sq feet, 945 which includes the inspection, termite, radon, tank sweep, and sewer scope. I was wondering if that’s a fair price ? Help

So I inquire about a lot of fixer uppers in need of full renovations. But it’s tough to run numbers since taxes increase after renovations and stuff like that I was wondering if there is an easy way to run these type of numbers

I agree with you Jonathan, price range would be 450-500k as far as pre approval but I’m looking to Stay under 350-375. I’ve been putting in offers ready to get my feet wet but it’s been frustrating but either I need to get more creative or wait.
