@Rick H.  Thanks for all the insight & experienced professional advice.  I also am seriously thinking of purchasing a program very similar to this one.  It is Rick Dawson's Deedgrabber / Free & Clear Foreclosures.  What is your opinion of this program compared to Jack Bosch's ?  I also notice that Rick Dawson also has a course on Tax Sale Overages as well.  Could you please let me know your professional opinion and insight on this program as well, they seem to have a live 3-day workshop that goes along with this one.  Any and all insight is extremely appreciated.

@Christeina Douglas,  Vulcan 7 for motivated sellers?  That's GREAT to hear.  I am currently scouring the net for a competent dialer, and motivated phone numbers source. What motivated seller's lists do you feel gives you as a lead generator the best results ?

Thanks for the response Zach.  I have been a Realtor on and off for many years.  In 2011 i got my license reinstated to save a considerable amount of costs for my business partner and I with our  flips.

Much of what you said, is definitely ringing true with what I am learning from the training, the importance of mastering these factors:  Overcoming Objections, Really Understanding Motivation, GREAT scripts / dialogues ?

The last year, I have done approx 1/2 a dozen transactions as a Realtor, and have recently been going through a very good 90 day mastery training course with Joshua Smith.

I am very excited, and ready to go. I just want to make sure that i have most of my ducks in a row. Such as: Website, CRM, Dialer, Source for Exp, Canc, and FSBO #'s.

I see you work with MOJO as a Dialer.  ?  Not for #'s ? 

Vulcan 7 for #'s

Everybody always talks about Landvoice.  What's your opinion / experience with it ?

Have you heard of "Seize The Market" ?

So have you tried other dialers, other than MOJO ?  You find that MOJO's dialer works best ?, but their phone numbers are not soo good ?

I have been hearing that Vulcan 7 has the most accurate phone numbers.  What's your opinion ? Have you used other sources for data ?

I also have heard for an all in one suite, a good one is "Seize The Market".  It has it's own dialer, CRM, etc.

I would REALLLY appreciate any and all Help, Suggestions, Comments, Experience, & Recommendations for me to FINALLY nail down, and pick out a Website Company, a CRM, a Dialer, and a Source for getting Expired, Cancelled, and FSBO phone #'s.

So far I have heard that MOJO is a pretty good dialer.  I also have heard that Vulcan 7 is a good  source for Expired #'s

For an ALL inclusive, Suite in a Box, that has a CRM, Dialer, etc, I have heard that "Seize The Market" is pretty good as well.  Not sure if they offer websites.

So PLEASE, What have you heard, and or had good, bad, or GREAT experiences with.
