I would even go as far as to say that you're a real estate investor in the local area and would like to build a relationship with a realtor or brokerage to help find my deals.

I'm not going to lie volume sounds good. If I can flip one home in the same time I can wholesale 6 deals and yield the same profit....wholesaling wins. I actually enjoy the rehabbing part and seeing the finished product. That's why I flip instead of wholesaling, also because i have a lot of tax advantages as well well writing off.

Thanks man I appreciate it. This post was really to get other investors from around the country to engage about their markets and what their returns are! Ill definitely check it out though

Good day everyone,

I'm curious to hear about the countries opportunity zones and growing markets in this beautiful economy we have. My business partner and I just finished a fix and flip in Clearwater FL. The flip sold in just 18 hours on the market with a 110,000 profit and we were super grateful for how quickly it sold. Where else in the country are people finding these markets where pretty much every deal makes sense? Are we seeing the beginning of a small housing bubble with inflated sales prices? or is this housing market conducive of a booming economy?

Thanks for your time !

Jestin lets chat man send me a direct message and let me see how I can help.

So there is a fine line here. I offer realtors a higher commission or a bonus incentive if you will for bringing me off market buyers prior to me putting my flips up for sale. You cut out the other realtors commission and the realtor you hired loves you because they're making more money. Dont know if my opinion matters haha but I've had good success doing so!
