Thanks for the tip Eudith! I'll be honest Facebook has been a platform I've spent less time on the past few years and I'm not up to speed on the groups that are around.  Do you recommend I look for something thats real estate focused or more of a "area" general contractor group?

I have a bathroom and kitchen in a property in North Chicago that I would like to remodel into a more modern and functional design. I'm looking for a contractor that's up for this kind of work.  Any leads to someone reliable with fair prices is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Very cool thanks for sharing! I've been using midjourney a bit in my work as a designer but definitely need to check out stable diffusion for more control.
