@Chinmay J. Thanks a Lot Chinmay i appreciate your Quick Response. I do not have it under contract yet, I just ran my numbers and will Submit offer today. If Accepted i will be putting under contract today.  In PA, we use Title Companies. This could Potentially be my first Deal, Pretty Excited.  hanks once again.

Hello Guy's I'm interested in buying a property, the owner responded from one of my Direct mail Letters. Do i have to pay to have a title search or can i go to the county clerks office to run title and search the deed?

Im actually a licensed Real Estate agent in Manhattan Ny, Been working as a licensed agent for 2 years now just to build capital so that i can relocate to Philly. I have enough capital so now i am relocating. Im currently working on my reciprocal License so that i can have it hung out in Philly also. I would love to take you out to lunch sometime soon for a meet and great.

Hello Guy's i am a new Investor in Philadelphia looking for a Mentor to be hands on with. I am willing to work for free and give up 50% of my first few wholesale Deals and 10% on deals i flip just to have access to someone i can meet with on a daily basis who have Years of experience with a great track record.
