Greetings Pocketeers!

Has anyone had experience with this company and investing in their promissory notes.  I am interested in investing in something a bit more passive as I am getting older and, while I love the real estate asset class, I do recognize the need for multiple streams of income.  IT seems they have been around for a while, but not that long.  Beofre I consider an unsecured loan, I would love to hear if anyone on the site has any stories good or bad to share.

Thanks David, I have been kind of a solo investor and have really been trying to move into a more system focused mode for the last 8 months or so.

Thought something like this might be helpful for moving a little quicker on decisions.

I attended a fortune builders 3-day seminar, I was not looking to sign up for the Mastery program, but while doing some searches online for alternatives I stumbled upon Realeflow.  I was moderately impressed with the Rehab estimator tools demonstrated by FB, but felt like I could come up with something on my own.  

Looks like maybe FB is selling their own version of this.  Wondered if anyone has ever used it and if it is worth the cost of about 100 bucks a month.
