Has anyone ever used Realeflow's rehab tools?

I attended a fortune builders 3-day seminar, I was not looking to sign up for the Mastery program, but while doing some searches online for alternatives I stumbled upon Realeflow.  I was moderately impressed with the Rehab estimator tools demonstrated by FB, but felt like I could come up with something on my own.  

Looks like maybe FB is selling their own version of this.  Wondered if anyone has ever used it and if it is worth the cost of about 100 bucks a month.
