Thanks for the advice! The property is actually a duplex with one side occupied and other vacant. The occupied side would cover a vast majority of the monthly expenses. My plan is to live on the other side

I recently made a offer on a duplex here in the Indianapolis area and I was looking for anyone that's gone the route of seller financing. Just looking to hear good, bad and any tips anyone has. The offer was $95k sell price with $5k down, 6% interest over 20 years. Any information is highly appreciated
