is this not a wholesale strategy too go thru the foreclosure listings and offer to buy there home to keep them out of foreclosure and pending financial disaster? I wonder how successful it is as a strategy! Anyone have any experience with it?

You could be friendly an offer the tenants the newly turned vacant that u have for the updated rent. And maybe u save a tenant. Community impact does matter. How long have ur tenants been there? Do u know? Work with people.

u do not have to go through the nightmare of creating a business for every website u own. Simply create a business and form it as whatever type of entity you wish it to be : for example a sole proprietorship or a LLC or even a corporation however you want to do it, get all your licensing and insurance and everything under that entity this is your mothership so to speak. Then you can open as many websites as you want if u want to make each individual website a separate business within your " mothership" you can do that by forming them as business entity's wholly owned by your "mothership" or u can just add a Doing Business as on your "mothership" bank account.

I however would don't think you need to go through all of that, a website is not a business it's a marketing tool so u can call it whatever u want and still have all the billing and vital info tagged to your Main business entity. Why do u feel that u have to make each website it's own individual business. ?         Your still building a brand either way. And it can still be sold separate to your business at any time for value. ?

not everyone has that option @ Tim Lindstrom. Unfortunately.

My name is Anthony I've spent the last 3 yrs patiently learning how to repair homes and multi-family properties. I've collected a portfolio of contractors in almost every trade that I can utilize for things larger than my capabilities. I've also been steadily growing my tools and supplies for home repair. I am now currently switching gears and have decided that rather than jumping into an endeavor, I'm going to start building a large supply of building materials and  wood, sinks, cabinets...IE . Etc. I think that during this time it would be wise for me to start making contacts in the investor arena. And that's why I am here. Thanks for having me!
