@Jonathan Barr how does that hubzu site work? Is it basically like eBay for homes haha? Also as far as payment would go I’m going through a hard money would that be possible through that site?

@Suzanne Player yes we have! We’ve been looking into a lot of foreclosures. However I keep finding a similar problem that even though the website has it listed when we go to contact the agent the home is either in contract or already sold.. do you know any good websites or another way in which to find foreclosures?

Hi all,

In need of some advice. Been trying to find a home to invest in and flip in my area for about two months or so now.. All the real estate sites seem to be awful. Most of them are hardly up to date making it very frustrating.. was just wondering if anyone maybe had a good site that they tend to use. Or if there was another way I could potential find some leads.

Thanks!

@Landon Moore currently looking in the Long Island, New York area.. been calling around but haven’t tried anything local yet! Been stressing out trying to find a good one haha! But thank you maybe I’ll try to find something local!

Hi all! I have roughly around 50k saved up and was wondering if a hard money was possible with this amount.. I’ve been shopping around and everyone seems to want around 45k upfront as far down payment and fees go and such which is definitely a tight squeeze.. but however on top of that they wanted to see that I had around 70,000 of liquidity before going through with the deal.. so my question is should I try and take out a personal loan on top of this just as added cushion and to show that I have that much liquidity? Or is it possible to find a deal with the money I have? Thanks so much guys!

@Evan Polaski thank you for your information appreciate it!

@Cameron Rockwell thank you so much for the information I really appreciate it.. if you don’t mind me asking does your lender work with people in ny? If so who do you use thanks!
