Hi all,

In need of some advice. Been trying to find a home to invest in and flip in my area for about two months or so now.. All the real estate sites seem to be awful. Most of them are hardly up to date making it very frustrating.. was just wondering if anyone maybe had a good site that they tend to use. Or if there was another way I could potential find some leads.

I am in your area & know how difficult a market it is.  It takes a lot of persistence.  Have you looked at foreclosures?
