One of the tenants is parking there motorcycle in the backyard with out my permission I've warned him about it and asked him to move it. But it's been over a week and still hasn't moved it. What can I do for him to move the motorcycle from back there. It is also for safety there is kids that play in the backyard and I don't want the motorcycle falling on them.

I just bought a 2 flat in the Chicago area and I have some bad tenets they pay they're rent but they have a bunch of people coming in out of there unit and hanging out in front of the building not sure how to go about this. I just don't want a lot of people coming in and out of building and hanging outside.

Sent offer on building that got accepted. Realtor selling building also told us they rented out the first floor (that we were going to move into) can we kick them out on the contract or any way of breaking the lease? Currently renting, don't want to pay someone's mortgage when I have my self to think about. Good building at a great price don't want to pass it up.

The only down fall about this is if they get Called in for active duty they can break the lease.

I'm in my early 20. I got a loan for 250 for a commercial. I'm not sure if I should go with it or not. I'm intended to live in it or rent it out to section 8. I also rent as of right now. so my plan was to rent it out to section 8 and collect. Or live in it if I don't go with the section 8 idea. What do you guys suggest.
