One of the tenants is parking there motorcycle in the backyard with out my permission I've warned him about it and asked him to move it. But it's been over a week and still hasn't moved it. What can I do for him to move the motorcycle from back there. It is also for safety there is kids that play in the backyard and I don't want the motorcycle falling on them.

Write a letter that points out the lease violation. Give tenant a deadline in writing and spell out the consequence of violating the lease. Breaking a lease leads to eviction.

If the parking is not mentioned in your lease agreement, then upgrade your agreement for the future and do what it takes to keep the kids safe.
