Hello fellow investors,

Does anyone know a good handyman/contractor in the SACRAMENTO area that they want to refer? My tenants just moved out and left us quite a bit to fix up, but nothing major though. Work would include:

-Repairing chipped walls,

-Interior Painting

-Re-caulking work etc. 

 If anyone knows a reliable handyman, please message me! Thank you!

When you have a price that you want to offer at, do you go to a realtor and have them make the offer for you or do you make those offers yourself?
