Has anyone used Facebook adds? I was wondering if anyone has or had any luck? Looking to find motivated sellers in an area. If its possible what would you pay to generate leads? IC runs 100 a month and takes several months to start getting leads. FB you should be able to start getting leads right away.

Hi Dana Kelley I see no one has answered your question so I thought I might give you my insight. Looks like you live in Plano? Why would you want to invest in south Ft.worth? If you are going to manage the properties at first I would not want to drive there just for a problem or to show the property. I would suggest Allen, Mckinney, Garland, Anna, The Colony... even Sherman. I go by the 20 rule, no more then 20 miles or 20 mins. There are deals to be found in all these city's just need to look. I had a deal email to me for a house off of Custer and Alma a few weeks ago that was a great buy. If I still live in north Dallas I would of jumped on it. Best of luck in your investing.

Patten law firm is one of the best. The closest REI group is Fort Bend REI. Most of the others are all around Houston. Best of luck!

You need to talk to Quest IRA. There here in Houston. Look them up lots of information on there web page or you can set up a time to talk to someone about what you would like to do.
Hey Daryl Webb just got back on BP. Quest Ira is the local one here. Lots of online training some of it won't really be for real estate but still educational. Also try Intrust. They might be in your area.
Google self directed IRA's there should be someone in your area who deals with them. Where I live one of the company's who deals in them has training classes every Tuesday and is involved in mixers every week. If you can't find anything PM me and I'll send you the info for the one here. They have online training you can watch. Good luck!
