Hi, I'm looking to start my first mail campaign and found your advice helpful. I have a targeted market I want to send to. I want to follow the system you mentioned about 6 touches, once a month that @michael Quarles recommends. Is there another forum he discusses this in detail? 

Can someone tell me how long one should keep a mail a certain campaign going for. If a letter should go out every 4-6 weeks how long should that last? Thanks in advance!

@Arlen Chou even if the crew I hire is an LLC with insurance?

This may be a stupid question but I don't know what I don't know. If I purchase a property, is a GC an absolute must to hire? Could I just hire a crew of guys (experienced and insured obviously) to do the rehab without the GC?

Is it customary to ask your GC for an itemized list with receipts of all materials? My partner and I just finished our first rehab project and I've been getting generalized invoices. I'm not seeing what each thing cost though. 

For example, I'll see "Materials" $XXXX.XX but not sure what exactly those materials are or how much they cost. Just trying to learn what is customary and what is not in this game as I go along.

@Adam Schneider My business partner is in NC and we do our investing there. Currently have one project underway there and about 80% sure to get another under contract tomorrow. 

@Timothy McKinney I messaged you to see if you have finished any of those other projects and can take on another we are about to get under contract in Durham. @Adam Schneider I'd like to hear more about your private lending program. 

Anyone have any good GC recommendations in the Durham, NC area?
