@Terrell Collins check out the REIA Real Estate Investors Assoc. in STL and there is one across the line in IL.. both run by Chuck Bauman. Both are good groups. Start showing up, networking and learning and being seen as serious, and wanting to get involved! Good luck!

@Benjamin Gency I would suggest attending all the REIA meetings you can.. most are having Virtual meetings now and will hopefully have in person meetings soon. Great Lakes REIA and Greater Cleveland are 2 REIAS I am aware of .. Akron/Canton also has a good one. LOKAL real estate has a great meeting once a month when they start having them again-I highly suggest that though they meet at lunch time. Meet up has some good groups too when they come back! @Nick Pawlowski I would suggest a great realtor that knows the investment market and different areas/zip codes. They can provide insight and reports of different areas off the MLS. Also, get in a good REIA (real estate investor assoc) where you can learn from others who are already doing it. Good luck!

@Anthony Jasmine When in doubt, I find it is always best to go conservative.  I worked with someone who had alot of tattoos but would wear professional, long sleeve shirts until he know the audience he would be working with.  Hope that helps!
