REI Side Hustle for Newbie
I am currently 26 years old, enjoying my day to day career as a salesman and house hacking my first deal in Cleveland, OH. I am looking to jump into my second deal, but feel stagnant/complacent. I would like to learn REI from an experienced investor, as a part time job or side hustle. For the experienced investors, what side hustle/part time job would you recommend that will help me learn buy & hold RE?

If you are a salesman, you are ideally suited for making calls for a local investor. I wouldn't recommend doing cold calls for someone, but if they have an off-market system you may offer your skills to help them get appointments for ones on the fence. Match your sales job from your regular job to a way to not make sales, but place an investor in the best spot to have an opportunity to and you have a good in there.
