Thanks guys! Yeah I was asking for neighborhoods, we’re gonna go next week and look around. I’m currently doing research about up and coming areas such as this post as well as looking for local groups. I’m open to suggestions.

I’d be happy to take any mentoring or coaching.

Hello everyone!

I was on here pre-pandemic when I tried the STR market. I've realized I need more passive options, and have moved to a syndication and private lending.

However I have a contractor who I’m considering partnering with who wants to buy and flip homes in Baltimore. I would provide the capital and otherwise stay passive, but hopefully grab better profits than private lending?

however I’m not familiar with Baltimore. I’ve been starting my research by seeing what is being bought and what is on the market, and live nearby so would like to check out neighborhoods, but am wondering which neighborhoods I should invest in? I’m thinking 50k capital-

Also- is there a tax lien sale to buy properties in Baltimore? I found an auction person, and I see listings online. But am wondering if I can buy directly from the city.

Thanks in advance!

Good morning,

Looking for an accountant to file 2020 taxes! I’m active duty US Public Health Service and interested in someone who understands military pay and customs since my service has similar/identical components. State of legal residence is Pennsylvania.

VR,

Anna

I still am, was hoping someone here had an answer as to where the small amount of residual tax goes through. I pay $20/month to pay $2 in taxes/month. If I could send the check directly to whoever I would and save that.

I know airbnb started remitting taxes for Tennessee hosts 1/1/21. Are there any other taxes I’ll need to worry about if I’m only using Airbnb? Vrbo only gets a few bookings, so I may opt out if I don’t need to worry about taxes. I only have one property and currently use MyLodgeTaxSupport.

Post: COVID and cancellation policy

Hi everyone, I was wondering what other owners are doing with respect to their cancellation policy? COVID rates are increasing and they expect this fall/winter for the numbers to be bad. I had a potential guest ask about being more flexible with my AirBnb strict policy, and in light of the current situation I was considering making an exception?

Thoughts?

Hi Avery and Lucas, I’m new to the iCAL. Added Google calendar app to phone. How to I add the Airbnb url within the app? Or added to google calendar?

Thank you I am signing up for this! I see it can be done remotely.

Good (early morning),

Do I need to head to The Gatlinburg tax office to apply for this stuff or can it be done online via a website? (Mylodgetax) #Thursdaygoals

Thank you in advance!
