Thank you for all your responses, you've all given me a lot to consider and a direction to go in!

So here's the deal. I am going to be getting a house under contract from someone who owns bulk REOs. The particular house needs a new roof and a couple of other things. The owner is also a fix and flipper who can get all the work needed done for a good price. I would like to offer his contracting services included in the deal. Whats the best way to go about doing this? I am very new to the whole thing and this is not something I have come across how to do yet.

Thanks in advance for your help!

*edit - I would like the buyer to have the OPTION of using the contractor's services, it wouldn't be mandatory.

Just wanted to introduce myself! I have been on Bigger Pockets for a few months under my company account but haven't posted anything yet. My partners and I are just getting started with wholesaling. We are going to be expanding into many different avenues such as rehabbing and buying and holding. I really like this community and look forward to contributing and getting to know you all.
