@Kevin Siedlecki I actually don't have any money at all (I was simply asking for opinions about coaching) that was one reason I was looking into wholesaling because I've heard it's one way to start making money without having any money to put down. But I do want to also buy multi family rentals as well. I am looking into finding private lenders after I create an LLC

Hi! So I have been doing a ton of ready and researching and I don't know where to start and it's driving me nuts! I am a systems person but I don't know which system to go with for flipping and wholesaling. I want to start wholesaling first and then get some rental properties and start flipping. I've never done real estate but it's always been interesting but I'm confused as to where to start. I went to a fortune builders 3 day seminar and all the information was interesting but unless I paid the money for the coaching hey don't give you steps to get started. Do you all think they are worth the money they are asking?
