Hi @Eric Drum!  Great idea.  We would be interested and I love this idea.  We would be willing to do the same with our C’ville investments to hopefully learn from each other and share info.

@Bryan Lowman hi!  We are in Charlottesville and would love to connect.  It’s been a crazy market for sure.  One of our agents said he can sell 4 walls and a toilet for 500k in Cville.  I think that sounds about right ;)!

@Arjun S. thanks for sharing.  Would love to hear more about the new build. We are considering one with RTR in Cape Coral.  Is that where yours is?  We purchased two with them in Indianapolis.  One is going well, the other has had some significant bumps.  They are doing their due diligence to make sure nothing was missed, vs us just having bad luck :(.  But we are ready to go with our next investment this year, but I’m feeling some cold feet!

We have two properties with rent to retirement that we bought in January of 2021. Happy to chat about our experiences. One has had no issues, but the other seems to have one headache after another. Some unavoidable, but some make me wonder about the renovation, having so many issues so soon after purchasing. I am hoping this is the last of them as we have renovated two homes on our own and were looking to have a little more hands off approach to our investing, by utilizing a turn key operation. We know we paid a premium for this service, so were hoping to avoid these issues. Fingers crossed!

It’s been crazy in Cville lately!  We have two rentals here and are struggling to find more.  We have been looking out of state.  One of our agents told us he could sell a toilet and 4 walls for half a million right now!!!  Would love to chat more about investing and networking.
