Post: Getting a 110k for 14k

Hey BP community,

I'm getting a house on contract for 14k and the ARV is 110k.
One of the issue is there is the seller is willing to sell the house but not the garage because he lives in the garage. It is on the same legal lot. Seller wants to replat (subdivision split the lot). My game plan is to get the house on contract and open a title while the seller replat the lot.
What i told him is that I would buy but i would need him to start the process of replat and if he has money issues I wouldn't mind giving him an extra 1.5k for it.

What would you guys do? anyone have experience with this?

Hey BP community!

My goal is to do at least 1 wholesale deal this summer! So I am attending RE networking events to network with many individuals who are in RE.

What questions should I ask a cash buyer after following up with them the next day?

and other general questions to ask other businesses?

Also is there any recommendations for an app for business card scanner?

Hey BP community,

I feel like I just jumped into an ocean. And have no idea where to start.

I've read the RE beginner's guide. My goal is to wholesale. I've put in my calendar to meet a few REIA and network. Any direction will be super helpful!

Also for marketing is there a low to no cost way to market? Other than drive for money.

Hey guys,

My name is Anh Pham and I really want to learn about real estate investing.

I did attend two free seminars each hosted by Rich Dad Poor Dad and FortuneBuilders.

Also, I did attend a three day seminar hosted by FortuneBuilders. As a word of caution, I felt that theses free seminars and the three day seminar hosted by FortuneBuilders were not really exactly helpful other than motivating a person to go into real estate and buy an expensive program.
