Post: Long distance investing - getting started

Hey everyone. I'm just getting started in long-distance investing and have been doing a lot of research on potential new locations to dive into. I'm getting stuck in analysis paralysis because there's an endless number of places I could go. I'm open to investing pretty much anywhere in the US  and will be doing multi-family. What resources do you rely on when trying to find the best place for your next long-distance investment? Or do you have any advice on locations you'd recommend researching for someone just getting started? Thanks!
