Blaine Alger Thanks Blaine! Just made my first cold calls, nothing came out of them but I shaken off the nerves.

I bought a list of owners in my area with 100% equity that don't reside in their home. I was thinking of backtracking for phone numbers and doing a couple hours of cold calling a day. What are some thing to definitely ask during these calls?

Why is some of the reasons a homeowner would sell to a whole seller vs getting real estate agent and putting their house in the market?

Nikki Kofkin Hello Nikki, I own a house in Zion that I bought for 60k. It is currently rented out for $1100 and make about $300 profit a month. The area is definitely not the nicest but I think its a good place to buy rentals as there is a large rental population and houses are relatively cheap. I also think there is a lot of opportunities for flips. I'm no expert but feel free to reach out I lived in the area the majority of my life.
