We all have difficult times in our careers or our lives in general.

It is no mystery that the mortgage and real estate field has been tough to say the least. 

But I am beyond grateful I have stayed with it and grinded through this time. If I had given up, I wouldn’t have been able to help these tremendous people close on their dream home.

Hey Archie,

Don't know the area well. But I had a client looking for a DSCR loan, tell me Arcadia is good for apartments, if thats the rentals you are looking for.

As well as West Salem since it is close to down town. Great for investment properties.
