Looking for STR Advice for Winston-Salem, NC

Hi all!

I'm interested in finding good STR options for Winston-Salem, NC. Ideally, it'd be a townhouse or small home that can be mainly used as a STR, but I'd also use it to spend time with family. Any advice on good neighborhood areas on which to focus (looking for the property to cash flow too)?
