We have not acquired the property as of yet as this is the purpose of the request. We wish to have cash on hand and available immediately to take advantage of the opportunities at hand here in Florida as the market is really good right now. We need the 125K to buy the property then rehab.. Possibly looking to get 2 smaller properties to rehab with the 125K. Is this something that your company is able to offer?

Hello John Thedford thank you for reaching out.. We want to start off small and borrow $125k.. With this we wish to invest in a couple of smaller properties and rehab them then put on the market to sell quickly.. My partner and I have little experience as we are just getting into real estate investment.. However, we have a family member that is taking us under his wing so to speak and mentoring us.. He has 20+ years of experience.. He finds properties and rehabs them for a high end investors that buy many many properties that range from million dollar properties to 50K.. He is willing to teach us and help us through the entire process from start to finish as he knows how driven we are to getting into real estate investing and making this work.. Also, his company will be doing all of the rehab work so this takes a lot of the "guess work" out of the equation not to under estimate the cost and time spent to rehab.. Our task is to come up with the money to have on hand to buy these properties in order to get started.. We will then take the profits and reinvest and repeat the process building upon each and investing more and more each time.. Do you have any advice as we are always appreciative of knowledge and wisdom from others that have more experience. Thank you!

We are seeking to borrow $125K for fix and flip properties in Florida.. We have an amazing power team in place and ready to go.. We do not currently have the funding and are seeking private lenders that have reasonable interest rates and terms.. Is anyone interested or have any advice or suggestions that can offer?  Any advice is very much appreciated!

Greetings @Account Closed!!  Amen to that!  Thank you so much for that awesome welcome!  I truly appreciate all of the feedback that you have given.  I will definitely be sending you a pm to connect.  As you mentioned honesty as an essential quality to have.  Well you are talking to the right person as I  believe in looking out for every ones' best interest..  This is exactly the what we plan to do.  There is no better feeling than helping people that are in desperate need of help as well as creating an equity position for the end buyer..  We are in no way looking to "get rich" off of one person or sale as we understand that it is about creating and nurturing long lasting relationships and also doing "right" by everyone involved.  We will do our due diligence and find out all that we can regarding the property as well as providing detailed reports and findings.  We plan to provide photos as well as a virtual tour of every property.

I currently live in Central Florida and am very excited and highly interested in getting back into the Real Estate investment world. My expected course of action and goals is to start with Wholesaling, transition to Flipping, then Buy and Hold while keeping the Wholesaling a constant throughout the course.  The sky is the limit is my belief system! The vision is to help people in their distressed situation while turning a profit for ourselves, the investors, as well as the end buyer putting them in an instant equity position.. Everyone wins!!
