We Need to borrow $125K for fix and flip any lenders interested?

Greetings!

We are seeking to borrow $125K for fix and flip properties in Florida.. We have an amazing power team in place and ready to go.. We do not currently have the funding and are seeking private lenders that have reasonable interest rates and terms.. Is anyone interested or have any advice or suggestions that can offer?  Any advice is very much appreciated!

You must have 25% of the funding to invest in your project.  If still interested, you would need

to fill out application for funding at http://www.samuelcthomas.com and download a picture

of your project.  In the document section, please upload the forms and sign them.  Then

download them back on the website.  We will also need you to download your last two years

income taxes.  Do not forget to click terms on our website.
