For my own knowledge (and sanity), I will be reaching out to a local, recommended real estate attorney today to get some clarity on this issue. To be honest, a lot of the legalese is a bit over my head, but I am more than willing to learn all I can.

Ok, I’ve had some time to breathe. Gonna try taking the high road and apologize for popping off on you this morning, John. I may not like much of what you say, but I shouldn’t have made such blistering ad hominem comments. I am sorry, truly.

I’m a nice person (for the most part... everyone loses their temper from time to time) and I am grateful to have a lot of positive support and mentoring in my circle.

I hope we can call a truce.
