I also attended the 3 day workshop with FB and did learn a lot about investing (do's & dont's). It was definitely worth $200 for a weekend worth of education. I did not go further with the mastery program. I feel that I have found more education on BP with real people.

I am a wholesaler and trying to build up my buyers list in different parts of Louisville.

Looking for an investor/flipper or landlord in the 40212 zip code. working on a possible deal in this area and would like to find a buyer once it is finished.

Has anyone ever used Realeflow.com for leads? I am a member of Realeflow and I am going to setup a Direct mail campaign and I was just wondering how good their leads were. From what i have read most people use listsource.

Thank you all for the advice. I thought I had read somewhere that you should contact an agent to help ...just as another form of finding deals. I may have gotten it confused with finding the cash buyers.

When you contact an RE agent to help find you deals for wholesaling do you pay them a commission or do they get a commission from the end buyer when the deal closes?
